Cold Brewed Iced Coffee

1/3 cup coarsely ground dark roast coffee
1 and 1/2 cups cold water
Reusable or disposable coffee filter
Milk and sugar to taste

1. Grind the coffee beans freshly right before making coffee.
2. Add the water to the ground coffee beans, cover, and set aside in a room temperature place for twelve hours (i.e. if you get up for work at 7am, set up your coffee at 7pm the night before).
3. After twelve hours, strain the coffee through the coffee filter twice. You should add the sugar and swirl it until it dissolves at this stage.
4. Pour coffee over ice, add milk, and enjoy!
